Torque Vectoring?

The Trackhawk is coming AWD only. But, the Maserati Levante, and the Alfa Romeo Stelvio QV both utilize torque vectoring systems.

Do you think the Jeep Trackhawk will be using the same torque vectoring system as well?

I don't see why not. New vehicle, implement the new technology. It'll help make an even better product and a much better awd system.

that would add up to all the video's we've seen of it on the track and torque vectoring helps with making it even slightly track focused

one thing for sure is that we need some American SUV that has some track focus. that space is too dominated by the germans.

Putting this much power in anything will require testing on the track, torque vectoring or not.

But that is true. The last srt8 Jeep wasn't track oriented at all. It was just fast as ****

Well no matter what they do testing is always done and we never know how much is being done since they have both indoor facilities and out door facilities to use.

My guess when it comes to being track oriented is they might pull some DNA from the new Viper which was far more track oriented than the last one and any before it. It just doesn't help that it got low sales.

They make take the coil-over suspension setup and maybe adjust it to be not as aggressive. But still provide the height and shock adjust-ability. The aero on the Viper ACR especially helped with how amazing it was on the track. Extremely functional and effective. But the Trackhawk won't see any of that stuff.
