Misaligned Tailights

My passenger rear taillight housings were both misaligned. The outer housing was protruding into the body gap between the quater panel and the rear hatch. The housing on the hatch was pulled in at the top and was protruding outward at the bottom.

My dealer initially tried to tell me that there was nothing that they could do becsuse there was no possible adjustment in the lens housing. I knew better and pushed back and found that the service writer was listening to an ignorant body shop manager.

As it turns out, there is quite a bit of adjustment possible with the taillight lens housing. So, if yours is misaligned, take it in and don't take no for an answer regarding the adjustment.
