Out of curiosity, did you buy this direct from aFe (and if so, when?) or from a 3rd party? I just canceled my order about two weeks ago. I wanted to get that CF track intake for my 21 Hawk! I was so excited. I ordered it at the end of November of 21. They originally stated it would be shipping on January 7th 22. But, then I kept getting delay emails every couple of weeks. After 6 months of patiently waiting, I canceled the order. I don't think its still even out of production yet lol! Smh
I had heard stories of aFe loafing around, but that was back when the Hawk was first released in 2018. I figured they had the production down to a science by now.
How'd you like it versus the stock intake? It definitely is eye candy compared to the stock intake! Did it provide a decent increase in the whine of the supercharger? Did you still have a stock exhaust or aftermarket on when you had the aFe intake on? I'm still interested in it, but started looking into the JLT.
