I have a pixel 2 XL, and got the new Android 9.0 update yesterday. After loving the tight integration of Android Auto in the updated uconnect in the 2018 trackhawk, I am having a problem getting it to launch after the update. Uconnect doesn't recognize the phone when plugged into USB. I've tried changing the mode of communication in the dropdown menu from "charging device" to the other options to no avail. Anyone else having this issue? Sometimes it sucks being on the bleeding edge, especially with Android.

I'm going to try to report the problem with uconnect. I've been kicking around just leaving a dedicated phone in the car and leaving it plugged in all the time, and I'm just going to do that as a stopgap.

Hopefully they can update the compatibility with a software update in the TH. It's a little ridiculous that all the big brand names aren't properly supported. What could possibly be different amongst android devices all running the same software.
