Delivery at the plant

Do you guys know if a factory delivery is possible? Like the one of one program for the Viper where you visit the plant and then take delivery of your brand new vehicule...>

I doubt it. There are pre delivery checks, removal of shipping protection/covers, temp or final registration etc.
