Today I got in the car and went to turn on the heated seats and steering wheel and it wont light up. I turned the car off and on again and still nothing. I drove the car throughout the day today and it still wont work. You touch the seat heat and/or cool or the steering wheel on the touch screen and nothing happens. I checked the fuses and they are all fine too. I did a quick google search and didnt come up with much.
How did u go about checking the fuses/relays to confirm they are good? Maybe leave the battery disconnected overnight but sounds like relay/fuse or something for the dealership.
Got this fixed yesterday, it ended up being an a software issue. They did the update and it works now. I also had a weird clunk sound when I put it in reverse, that was a software issues as well which got fixed too.
The dealer called me today, they are replacing the entire seat heating system as well as other components. I should have it back by tomorrow.
