It's a closed system, so it should never run low, if properly filled from the factory. Most likely you will need to have it checked out by your dealer for a potential leak.
Wait til it’s cold n then release the vacuum, it might pop up to the full line when u open it. There’s no reason for it to be low if u haven’t been messing with the SC IC fluid line though. I pulled my heat exchanger n put it back in and had to keep topping it off until the air had worked out.
IC stands for "Inter cooler" this is very important.
take it to the dealer and let them mess with it. Its not a huge deal but since you asked what "IC" meant its probably best to let them fix it. you paid for that warranty anyways. make them wash it while they have it also, lol
