300. took the 1 top guy from my local tire place. took him 3 hours. make sure you get the spc front camber plates. bwoody control arms optional.

on a side note, tape up your calipers, my guy chunked 2 of them pretty bad.

They bring your front end into alignment with 1.5 extra degrees of extra camber/caster. for 25(summit) bucks and 30 minutes to install they are a 'no brainer'. contact bwoody or solisracing and ask them.

they will both probably try to sell you the rear adjustable control arms(like 400$), but my personal hawk came very close to back into alignment(2.0 instead of 1.8) without the control arms. If it didn't, I was prepared to order them.
