Memory seat

My 21 trackhawk was stored all winter. I thought the wheel used to move both up and in when with the seat moving back when exiting the car. Seems that the wheel now only moves up but not in. The seat still moves back. Is something screwed up with the wheel not moving in by itself on memory setting?
