Obtained My VIN Yesterday

Hello to all. I just registered today. Got my VIN from my dealer yesterday. Ordered my Trackhawk on 14 August and have been patiently waiting for some kind of information since. Seems like a poor process for getting built as they have been hyping this vehicle for over a year. You would think that having all of us jumping thru hoops to get these ordered by 15August, that FCA would have had a process in place to get these into the hands of customers as soon as possible. In any event looking forward to taking delivery and enjoying what should be an outstanding experience. Have totally enjoyed my GC SRT, so I can only imagine what owning the Trackhawk will be like.

Congrats. Ordered my Trackhawk around 8.14.17 as well and got VIN last week. Trading in my 2014 JGC SRT. Anyone expecting different delivery dates in north east?
Ordered on the 14 of august as well, got my vin 2 weeks a go but since then its staying in D status...
Congrats on everyone who ordered a TH, but isn't delivery date based on when you put in the order?
Welcome to our fraternity !

ps: I think we're all stuck in the "D" status.
Ordered Sept. 4th and got the VIN a few days ago. Hope I can keep my foot out of it during the 1,500 mile break in. Might have my wife drive it or have her put it in valet mode and not give me the pin no matter how much I beg. : -)

1500 miles is for "Track Events" per manual. 500 miles is the mile marker you have to wait for to start putting your foot in it.

That is just totally unrealistic, especially the first 300 miles. The only way to strictly follow these guidelines is to put it up on blocks for 300 miles and set the cruise control.
I agree drive it like you stole it. If it breaks its under warranty otherwise I would drive a laredo
