I do now have a VON with status of BX.
BX status means order is good and waiting for scheduling. Again, once the build is scheduled, it takes about 10 weeks.

Ordered my TH 11/20/20.
Where are you all getting your status updates from?
I’ve gone to the Customer Service Chat at the Jeep website, but no updates yet.
I’m not sure if I was chatting with a Bot or not but they weren’t very helpful. One kept asking for my VIN even though I told them I don’t have one yet.
Anxiously awaiting 😁

Your dealer should have the VIN considering how long ago it was ordered.I had mine on day 2 or 3 after I ordered it. Do you even have a VON? When you have those try calling the SRT/Trackhawk hotline- 1-844 533 7928 or 1- 248-553-4566. With the VIN they can tell you what status of assembly you are in or if it's finished, where it is on the rail or truck

Agree with Smiley.. your issue sounds like an issue with the dealership. Maybe they don't have an allocation for the build. I think these are given out to the dealerships quarterly. For my order, I ordered on 11/6/20 and got an VIN and Von within 72 hours. My dealership was given an allocation. Since then I have been checking with Jeep Customer Service weekly and they have been less than helpful through the chat window. The dealership and the phone number mentioned by Smiley in his post above provide the best information. Both confirmed for me my Trackhawk's D1 status with an estimated ship date of 1/15/21. The customer service person confirmed 9-11 weeks for delivery if the dealership had an allocation and the order was accepted by FCA corporate. This all makes sense with a dealer allocation and an order date of 11/6/20.

Strange, I went from BX to BG status. The vehicle will be built, but isn't in the scheduling, according to the dealer. I understand production does not resume until the 4th of Jan. so it will stay in this status until at least then. May be due to the performance leather, sunroof, karmon combo? Is this happening with anyone else?

Those are fairly common options selected for Trackhawks. Just a theory but I'm guessing the holdup prior to the holiday shut down could be related to a shortage and the resulting rationing of Hellcat engines due to covid issues at the Saltillo plant in Mexico, additional demand due to the new Durango and TRX 6.2's, not to mention the ongoing demand for Challenger and Charger 6.2 SRT's which still have the Power Dollars incentive going on. Until all this started, Trackhawks, Challengers and Chargers were typically built and shipped within 4-6 weeks. I had my '19 Charger SRT in 6 weeks from order to delivery in Phoenix and 11 of those days were rail time. My '18 Trackhawk was longer due to the initial slug of orders in August of '17 when the order books opened.

I ordered mine on 11/9/20 and have been told by the dealer the same thing. No VON or VIN number yet. No scheduled build date. Seems unreasonable to me. I also am questioning the dealer I’ve gone with due to the lack of progress. I was told that they estimate another two months before delivery. I’m trying to be patient but...

Thank you for the #. They said it is showing “Behind Schedule” and they are assigning a specialist to look into it and contact me within a couple of days.

Bump... any update? Has anyone received a 2021? Recap, I ordered my Trackhawk on the 2nd day the 2021s went back into production 10/3. I got a VIN/VON very quickly and went to D1 status with an estimated ship date of 1/15/21 after about 8 weeks. They did not make the 1/15/21 date and according to the dealership my Trackhawk went back into D status. Checked back in with the dealership today and they indicated that the build went back into D1 status last week with a tentative ship date of 2/4/21. I have no confidence in this date since I am still just sitting in D1 and it has not moved into the first step of build that is framing. Is my understanding of the process right? Anybody else have any different or more accurate information? I understand the production schedule is really chaotic right now for a variety of reasons. Thanks!

According to Jeep as of 2/2/21, no production has begun. No schedules are set. However, sometime this year the Trackhawk will be built.
Funny, I was upset at how much my dealer was pushing for me to come in to sign the line, I told him that heck I may not get my Trackhawk until May.
Ha, that may be conservative.
Hold on to your hats, its going to be a bumpy ride.
