Has anyone done a vinyl wrap or appliqué on the glossy, easily scratched pillar posts? I saw some real carbon fiber ones and carbon-look vinyl ones on eBay but wanted to get feedback from the group first.

The guy that tinted my windows scratched mine all up and I didn’t notice until I washed it a week later. No way to prove it was him. When I have more time I may attempt to polish them out but also like the idea of a wrap. Let me know if you find something out.

Wow my tinter scartched mine too.

I bought new covers from Rock Auto for my Summit. These matched the originals and were around $70 each. Came with pre-mounted double sided tape. Easy to replace. Aluminum with powder coat finish.

Two of mine were scratched.

my tinter scratched them , but buffed out all of them and it looked better then new. he did all of this is 2 hours. I'm going back for ceramic pro coat
