The Options

Touring Edition Exhaust:

The Touring Edition is a full 3” straight-through stainless steel catback configuration capable of delivering optimal power while remaining drone-free throughout the entire rev range. Featuring a precision-engineered H-pipe and AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®, the Touring Edition delivers deep, rich exhaust notes that coax anyone in your lane to move out of the way.

Perfect tone, compliments of AWE 180 Technology®

As exhaust gases exit the HEMI engine and flow into an AWE 180 Technology® equipped resonator, they pass through strategically located ports, and into reflection chambers. Sound waves, carried by these exhaust gasses, bounce off the walls of the reflection chambers. By controlling the size and location of the ports and the chambers, we also control when the sound waves exit the chambers. The specific timing of when the reflected sound waves rejoin the main exhaust flow creates a one-hundred-and-eighty-degree out-of-phase sound wave that cancels out problematic frequencies. More on AWE 180 Technology® in the tab above.

Track Edition Exhaust:

For those who like it raw and rowdy, the Track Edition is for you. The Track Edition shares the same integrated H-pipe and precision engineering as its Touring Edition counterpart, minus AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®.

In place of the 180 Technology® resonators in the rear lies Track Edition straight sections. As a result, this version is known to get (really) rowdy in mid-range acceleration and deceleration and may be too much for many. Due to this reason, AWE Track Edition Exhausts cannot be returned based on sound preference. You’ve been warned.

Conversion Kits:

We made it easy to convert between Track and Touring Editions if you decide at a later date to change your volume.

Tip Options:

AWE Exhausts for the Jeep Cherokee Trackhawk integrate perfectly to the factory tip configurations.

What’s in the box?

Complete Touring or Track Edition Exhaust and all necessary hardware for installation.

Have to set expectations! They're quite similar in volume outside of the cabin. The main difference comes from within at cruising speeds. You can hear the difference when watching the interior segments of the videos above. 180 Technology® in the Touring Edition makes it very refined within he cabin at cruising speed -- no drone. Track, on the other hand, definitely allows the V8 to still be heard at all times.

Thanks, A! Though they sound very similar from the outside, which version do ya enjoy the most?
I'd lean more towards the Touring as I don't like drone. I currently have Borla S-Type which sounds very similar to your Touring. I like the fact it has no drone over the others I've tried before. Great looking system underneath as well.

Very nice presentation of your product.
OK, I wanted to listen to your YouTube videos on my BOSE acoustimas theater system, so I press play and the next thing I hear is “turn that damn nascar race down”. So... I really think that you need a remote controlled valve to control this exhaust, other than that good luck with the product.

That must have been a fantastic moment! Awesome equipment.

Appreciate the praise on the presentation.

Re: valves, they're not needed to control drone/interior volume since the Touring Edition features our patented drone-canceling 180 Technology®. We have no intention of having these beasts sound congested at idle or while revving. They roar on command ;)

We're still working out of price points of our conversion kits, but once they're solidified they will be added to our website immediately (y)

If you’re willing to disclose and out of curiosity, have you received any pre-orders?
Yep, the entire order that was being built for our wholesale distributor has been gobbled up in one day by dealers, and we have received pre-orders directly as well. We have already started building another stocking order for our wholesale distributor's network.

These exhaust suites are on fire!
