So I originally did an ATI 10% OD lower and tune with no issues. Slight increase in HP and 0-60 times. I wanted more so the Hawk is currently in the shop for a griptec 2.85, 1050x injectors, and spacers with blanket. I'm not planning on going E85 so the tune will be for 93 pump gas. I plan on doing the FI Interchiller once spring rolls around. I've read a ton of threads about this type of setup working out fine and the same about it pushing the boost/motor to the limit. Thoughts?

Just try and not pay for things twice would be my only advice.

According to my tuner, that's too much boost for 93. For my 93 tune, I'm on a 9% lower and a 3.05 upper and said that was most I should run. I'm hitting 16-17 with that set up.

Fingers crossed it doesn't start causing issues. My tuner has been around a long time and I'm hoping he can keep it within safe parameters. I'm thinking that he may just pull so much timing that it basically makes it closer to having a larger upper. I pick it up tomorrow or Saturday and the work has already been all but done. I'll be adding the FI Interchiller after winter which should help with heat which seems to be a potential issue with the setup as well

I have a 2.85 upper, ATI 10% lower and have had zero issues tuned for 93, Also ported snout and 108 throttle body, 1200 injectors (future e85 tune but probably not). I have the FI interchiller. Cat and suitcase muffler deleted, very loud. I had a boostapump but took it off as not needed for 93. You will need a better tensioner (I got ripatune) and cooler plugs. A good hellcat tuner with a 4 wheel dyno I think is required. My daily with no issues from any of this. I am also lowered with heavy sway bar and all bwoody parts. 875 on the dyno. Tires at this moment are MT 305 R20 (not drag radials) on stock rims. Makes for a perfect morning drive to work...

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I deleted the suitcase (straight pipe) and have the cut outs. Jeep is loud as **** with them open. I figure traction might be my next issue so I'm going to check out the tires your running.

I have the RT-850+ package on mine.

Intake
Incognito lower
3.09 upper
injectors
cat back
Tune

It's my daily and it runs like a champ. that being said i drive it like a normal human being. not someone who's looking to drag at every stoplight.

Tires I am running are 305 35 r20 not 45 diameter. Had zero rain issues. Speedo will always read faster than you are going but I can live with that. Phone and my escort show real speed when I need to know or my draggy when I want to know times. I neglected to point out I did put in MAgna flows Because it was too loud without, still very loud. Can't imagine cat free with cutouts open! I have had freinds in the back seat ask for earplugs but they never used them. I put some in the seat pockets..

You should post some video if possible of you reving the exhaust! I will see if I can do the same. Got the Hawk back today and it is noticeably faster with the upper/lower. Here are the gains. 1st pic is the ATI 10% with the added Griptec 2.85. 2nd pic is just with the ATI 10%. Running strong so far!

You are also putting more miles on the odometer than you are actually traveling. Just a fyi if you care about mileage for resale.

That's exactly why I haven't gone to that size, despite the huge advantage in grip. I don't want "fake" miles on my odometer.

My 305 35 r20 are about 7.2% smaller based on diameter if I did the math correctly. So that many more miles and speedo is that much faster than true speed. I know what the milage was when I went small so I can determine real miles but I can't image selling. I have found nothing better and I can tow my boat...
