Remote Start & LED Light change

I have a 2017 JKU Hard Rock with remote start. I recently changed the license plate bulb to an LED light. Afterwards i noticed my remote start no longer worked properly. The car would start fine but would immediately shut off. Given the bulb was the only thing changed recently, I switched the bulb with the original and the remote start worked. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to have both? I would like the LED license plate light but also want my remote start to work properly.
