Welcome! No spare tire if it didn’t have the towing package, that’s standard.

I have a spare in my 18...no towing package...not sure if it was changed year to year.

I have a spare in my 18 without tow package.

You can order spare for $395 without tow package or $995 for everything spare, hitch and wiring. Mine didn't have any of these but was able to source everything to make complete factory tow package for around $1100 including trip to dealer to program wiring harness which was already on vehicle.

They put out the spare in 18 only, after that it only came with the tow package. I think they changed it during 18

Yup 18’ here with tow package and spare tire, 5 yrs and lot of towing and a lot of driving and have yet to use the spare tire.
