When you have a brake job done at the dealer it obviously will be very expensive. The dealer told me even on the SRT Grand Cherokee brakes are around 2k per axle. So, i’m assuming the Trackhawk will probably be more when that time arrives.

Just checking around at prices last night I went to a website called Brakeworld. Plugged in all the information for the Trackhawk and discovered the brake rotors are OEM style at $399.00 a set. Pads are $200.00 Grand total of $600.00 per axle with me doing the labor. I’ve always done my own brakes so I don’t anticipate this being a hard job when that time comes. Just wanted to share and if any of you guys come across better deals let us know.

Just did the brakes on my X5M. If BMW will allow you to do it using OEM parts then we will have no problem with these domestics. Someone will write up a good DIY with autozone pads/rotors eventually :)
