I just don’t like to see my Trans Temp hitting 200*. I don’t understand why they don’t have the Bypass Thermostat open fully @170*-175*F. Instead it doesn’t completely open till 194*F.
Have any of you guys installed a Lower temp Thermostat? If so, any issues with the Trans since installing it?
Thanks Much, Happy Easter. Trust Jesus! He’s the real deal

There is a bypass for the trans thermostat block. I don't have the link but it was primarily marketed to the hellcat cars, but will work in the Trackhawk.

Lil Hemi, Do you have a Low temp Trans Bypass Thermostat?
I’ve had 2 OEM Transmission bypass Thermostats and after warmed up they both always ran 192*-203*
Hard to believe your Trans Temp was running as low as 175* after 200 miles and the thermostat doesn’t fully open until 194*

No, that’s all factory as far as I know. I’ve got another long haul tomorrow and Friday, I’ll try and check it for you again but that’s what the PP says.
