no. it has active noice cancelling in the speakers to help phase out drone. which is dumb. you can change in your settings to off, but makes throwing a sub in one of these a B*TCH.

no problem bro. you seem like your looking fro the same thing I was. I would check out the magnaflo 15064, personally ARH has burned me like 3 times in the past number of years on terribly ill fitting headers. 1 set was perfect tho...lol.....I just ordered the magnaflo for under 1000 dollars and of all the cutbacks ive heard it is the deepest and throatiest. 3" thick. I'm too lazy to link the vid but you can find it in a google search there's a guy who posted videos on the forums I think it was beerman.

how are you liking the jlt setup? I was between then and livernois and went with loivernoius because well... s1025 one day....

Just installed the arh cat back with no resonators. Def deeper tone, no drone. But not as loud as I’d like it... muffler delete? Probably so...

Curious if you’ve been tooling around with the windows up or down. Just saying because of the noise canceling might be making it seem quieter than it actually is.

Nah it’s def a lot quieter then stock. A lot deeper sound but not what I’m looking for. I’m looking for borla Atak loud but ARH deep sound. I’m gonna have to do some messing around w different mufflers. Arh came with great fit, so the 3” all the way back is awesome. But may need to experiment with different mufflers for sure. I like the fact arh is a H pipe design for the deeper sound but need it louder!!!! I’ll keep you posted on what I do next..

I’ll get some videos of cold start and some reva soon.. gonna break the pipes in this weekend. Still want to get some louder mufflers on it or muffler delete. There isn’t any drone at all right now, but not that blah blah low loud sound...

hmm. thats too bad, but no drone is good, and they might get louder and break in by 1000 miles or so, you can look into putting in some remote cutouts so you can "delete" those muffler with the flick of a switch, try qtp or any number of companies with such a solution usually around 400 hundred or so. maybe its being drown out by that jlt whine! lol

went with the magna flow, same as beerman. I will say its exactly what I was looking for. and his well done video still doesn't do justice you can tell the lows don't come through at all because in person its dramatically different.

at idle outside car---TWICE as loud at idle outside the car, way deeper tone. my lady can finally hear it pull in the garage.

inside the car at idle ------slightly louder than stock, deeper.

part throttle and cruising in the car-----zero drone. I mean less than stock. I found one spot 54-55 in 8th gear that has the same drone as stock system but a bit deeper. in general deep and burbly not farty like the stock system.

WOT inside the car------- Awesome DEEP, slightly louder than stock and a lot meaner, no more windy raspy sound, and and the timing retard between shifts it went from a LITERAL fart to what now sounds like a BARK. its great. best part, when you let off the throttle you can truly hear some decomp noises. its no lambo but a couple pops as the rpm goes down is way better than the total absence with the stock system. two thumbs up.

Part Throttle outside the car-----louder than stock by 20 % , deeper and more rich by 100%. exactly what I wanted.

now for the downsides, I had to pull up some plastic underbody pieces to avoid the mufflers, and the stock hanger on the driver side closest to the cat is touching the resonator, had 1/8 clearance to begin with but it settled to 1/16 and rattles slightly so ill need to tinker with it, Also note you will have to grind off the weld spots on your stock exhaust to reuse the tips, not hard at all with angle grinder or even a Dremel. other than that its bolt on.

I had my Track Hawk on the rack the other day doing an oil change and I noticed a dent in the exhaust pipe. The dent is located just past the suitcase muffler on the passenger side. Looks like this would bottle neck the exhaust and kill some HP. Anyone else notice this on their TH?
As i learned this is quite common...its contributes to pressure thru the exhaust system for performance....most people that usually remove the suitcase & replace with straight pipes may not realize thru the extra sound...BUT you lose performance...now most people will disagree but a loud car doesn't mean its fast....I've spoken to many(4 srt owners) and they confessed that it is a tad bit slower & sluggish at times but the overall power to the drive is different...standing outside the jeep it sound & look fast but you do feel the difference my opinion....i say a catback would keep the quick snap the TH possess

Straight pipes dont cause a lack in back pressure. That comes from ur air/fuel mixture and most ppl putting a performance exhaust are also doing a pulley and tune usually so the difference in back pressure is corrected thru the tune.

And ur not losing any power or TQ ur simply moving up the power band and on a Truck that makes gobs of power down low already thats a good thing! NO back pressure is a great thing which is why we have headers, straight pipes, no cats. More FLOW equals more POWER.

Sure, slap on header, straight pipes etc.... and change pressure in ur engine and fail to change ur AF mixture u will surely lose power.

Its the main reason I went with the PURR Titanium exhaust cause there are no bends and no back pressure and when there is no back pressure u get zero DRONE! The better flowing ur complete exhaust is the more power u will make as long as its tuned for it.
